Positive: The town and location are excellent. Owner was very responsive to requests. The hot tub was nice but typically European safe "warm" temperatures. The walking trails around town and to Mahon are outstanding. We walked to 3 Talayotic monuments in the cool sunlight. Magnificent.
Negative: Apparently there is off season construction all over Menorca during the daytime. So you may hear construction noise if you are home in the daytime. Also the heater in the pool did not seem to be working but it was fixed on our last day there.
Summary: Beautiful property in a beautiful town.
